Returns

You have 7–18 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Personal care items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved:

    • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

    We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact customer support first.

    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund:

    2. Contact your bank or payment provider
